Trainer and Facilitator in Mental Health Healing Practices
We are hiring an trainer/facilitator to join our team. The successful candidate will work with the Programmes team to deliver therapeutically-informed training on themes centered around trauma-sensitive, identity-informed and values-based collective healing practices.
The ideal candidate will have therapeutic experience working with children, families, young people or adults and a deep understanding of trauma, somatic work and trauma-sensitive practices, and collective healing practices.

Arabic or Farsi Speaking Group Therapist
RTI is looking for Arabic & Farsi speaking therapists.
In response to reports of refugees’ worsening mental health issues during the first Coronavirus lockdown in Greece, RTI Clinical Lead Gabriella Brent and Consultant Therapist Romy Wakil piloted the delivery of a therapeutic psychoeducation group online for 8 male refugees, which has proved to be very successful.
Based upon the feedback from the group, RTI intends to establish more therapeutic, trauma-informed psycho-education groups for asylum seekers and/or refugees living in Greece. Each group will consist of 6 – 8 members who will meet weekly on Zoom, facilitated by a group therapist.
We are therefore seeking qualified therapists who can facilitate one of these groups, with a view to facilitating more groups as this movement grows.
