Training & Supporting Humanitarians

We work to build capacity for volunteers, some of whom are refugees themselves, and aid workers operating in a challenging humanitarian environment. Often, they will not have appropriate training on working with communities and its associated challenges. Our training sessions are many and varied; these are some examples:

·       Self-care
·       Cultural Sensitivity
·       Child Protection
·       Mindfulness at work
·       Working with Trauma
·       Working with Refugees
·       Managing Stress

We also run therapeutic support groups and provide one-to-one therapy for humanitarian workers in need and continue providing this support after their role ends to help them adjust back to their lives at home.
